Change of mind?

Is the sizing or fit of your beloved Jullou piece not quite right? You can return it to us in exchange for a credit note, subject to:

  • you notifying us of your wish to return the item less than 14 days from the date the item was delivered; and

  • the item being in original condition, including in the original packaging, with all tags remaining in place. The item must not have been worn, washed, stained, scented or altered in any way (“Acceptable Return Condition”).

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

Please note that as we are a small business, delivery costs will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for the return costs and are therefore responsible should the return parcel get lost or stolen while in transit. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service when posting your return item.

Faulty Item?

In the rare chance you receive a faulty or incorrect item from our store, please email our customer service team at jullou.store@outlook.com with a description and photographic evidence of the faulty or incorrect item.

Please note, we do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear.

Exchanges & Credit Note

To initiate an exchange, please email jullou.store@outlook.com with your Order Number and the Item(s) you wish to return.

Upon receiving the Item(s) in Acceptable Return Condition, you will be issued a credit note for the cost of the Item(s), enabling you to re-purchase any new products from our store.

Credit notes are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.
